1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
You may break the pullups pushups and squats up however youd like. 20 rounds of 5-10-15 or one movement at a time etc. you must perform the runs at once without breaking it up.
