What great words to start the morning with....Death By. How this WOD works, minute 1 you will perform 1 rep of each of the movements in the picture. The remaining time you rest. Minute 2 you perform 2 reps of each, rest for remainder. Minute 3 etc etc. You will continue this until you cannot complete the reps within the minute. Good luck all! You're in for a doozy
