Death By...

For each minute perform 3 burpees. Minute one 3 burpees, minute two six burpees and so on until you cannot complete the amount of burpees in the minute.

Pull-ups are 1:1. One minute one pullup. Two, two etc.

Slame balls are like burpees. 3 for each minute.
