1 minute at each station. At the end of all 5 you get a 1 minute break. Repeat 3 times.

  4. I only hit 285 and I'm pissed. 2nd round I felt something in my lower back go pop...and I was on a 300 pace. Very frustrating. I want to do this again very soon

  5. You all did well, but some day there are issues that cause us to not be as happy with our performance. Don't worry 205 clean and FGB again is coming soon to a CrossFit gym near you.
